Your Role:

Drive Sales and Profitability: You'll be at the heart of the action, ensuring every customer is presented with the right finance, insurance, and warranty options to suit their needs.
Provide a Premium Customer Experience: From the moment a customer walks in, you'll build relationships, understand their needs, and provide expert advice that leads to high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Support & Lead the Team: Use your experience to coach, guide, and motivate the sales team, ensuring everyone hits their targets and maximises their performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years in a Transaction Manager role within the automotive industry.
• Financially Astute: You understand the financial products inside and out and are confident discussing options with customers.
• Target-Driven: You thrive under pressure and are driven by achieving sales targets and exceeding goals.
• Customer Focused: A passion for delivering the best customer experience and building lasting relationships.
