This opportunity will be gaining hands on deals experience across all sectors and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. The main responsibilities are to execute financial due diligience assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with Audit experience, ideally within the Big 4 or Top 6 firms who is seeking an opportunity to further progress their career. You will be a team player who has a passion for Transaction Services and is seeking to further progress their career in this area.
