THE OPPORTUNITY The Transaction Services Support Analyst (12 months FTC) plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our transaction services while we manage some operational transitions. This individual will be responsible for helping to maintain client information, migrating client data to new transaction systems, managing distribution list updates, providing support for queries, supporting transaction settlements, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Update Client Information Templates: Update and maintain accurate client information in our templates, updating some client information to an updated template to ensure all transaction processes run smoothly. Migrate Client Data to New Transaction System: Lead and manage the migration of client data to a new transaction support system, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to services. Manage Updates of Distribution Lists: Create and oversee the distribution list updates, ensuring that all relevant parties receive necessary communications regarding transactions. Client Query Support: Serve as a support to the team as they manage client queries related to transactions, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure client satisfaction. Support Transaction Settlement: Assist in the confirmation and settlement process of transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and transactions can be processed in a timely manner. Audit Support: Provide support during audits by ensuring all transaction-related documents and data are organized and readily available for review. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in transaction services, finance, or a related area. Strong understanding of transaction processes and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional, focused and disciplined approach to work.
