Transport Administrator

SourceCo Recruitment are proud to be working in partnerships with a leading distribution company based in Wakefield who are currently looking at expanding their team within the Transport Administrator team.
What we are looking for from you:
Worked within traffic management environment
Team player
Experience within using transport management systems
Knowledge of driving regulations for LGV, working time directive, driving hours etc.
Strong communication skills
Reliable/Punctual
Duties:
Working with the Warehouse operations to ensure loading and delivery schedules are met daily.
providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
communicating with drivers, sub-contractors, managers, key personnel on site and over the phone.
allocating and managing paperwork for inbound and outbound drivers and loads.
Strong communication skills
Working hours:
Wednesday-Sunday 1200-#####
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
