Job Details:

• Monday - Thursday: 07:00 to 15:30


• Friday - 07:00 to 14:30


• Location: Luton


• Salary �29,000 per annum

Role Information:

• Ensuring seamless transportation operations daily through our transportation management system


• Engaging in customer service activities, such as overseeing transport orders and interacting with customers and partners


• Managing shipping exceptions and facilitating communication with customers and relevant stakeholders


• Offering resolutions for transport delays


• Assisting in enhancing our customers' logistics networks continuously


• Must excel in communication, organisation, customer service, and thrive in high-pressure environments
