Transport Administrator
We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our Transport clients team in their fleet department.
The role will involve supporting the commercial fleet & MHE team, this team are responsible for supplying our transport client with commercial vehicles ranging from vans to Class 2 HIAB vehicles and forklift trucks, as well as managing the maintenance, compliance and day to day support of the fleets.
The role will include
�Responding to queries via email
�Updating the internal database
. Managing relationships with third party providers
�Answering incoming telephone calls in line with company policy
�Establishing and maintaining an effective relationship with Branches & Suppliers
�Providing 5* Customer service at all time
Essential Requirements:
�Excellent customer service
�Team player
�Accurate data entry skills
�Proficient with Microsoft office packages
�Right to work in the UK
The hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
