Job Title: Transport Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Location: Melton

Hourly Rate - �12.50 ( Paid Weekly )

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Assistant to support our customer order and delivery process for industrial clients. In this role, you'll work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our transportation services. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the customer order and delivery process to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers, addressing and resolving any issues.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance to maintain cost efficiency.
• Process driver payments and keep accurate expense records.
• Maintain and update transport databases and systems.
• Address customer complaints and queries related to transportation services promptly.
• Assist in training transport employees and support departmental communication.
