This role, as Transport Manager, would suit somebody with relevant experience who wants to join a company on the verge of significant growth. As a key member of the Management team, you will be a role model and innovator for improvements within the business, motivating and managing the transport team

The role of Transport Manager includes:-

• Taking full control of the Transport team, reporting to the Head of Operations
• Ensuring all vehicles are compliant with company policy and legal legislation
• Profit and Loss cost control
• Reporting on optimising fuel efficiency, profit & loss, cost per mile, vehicle tracking, tele matrix data analysis etc
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance, down time, route optimisation, route planning, driver productivity etc

To be considered for the role of Transport Manager, you should have:-

• Transport Management CPC - essential
• Experience of managing a fleet of vehicles
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
