Customer Champion: Build strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
Safety First: Ensure all operations adhere to the highest safety standards and compliance regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
Team Coach: Develop and mentor your team, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed.
We're looking for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys taking ownership.
Possesses strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Holds a national/international CPC and has a solid understanding of transport and network planning in a multi-drop environment.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
