Transport Operations Clerk

Our client is based in COVENTRY they are a rapidly expanding Time Critical Logistics who specialise in moving Automative parts across the UK, Europe and worldwide via Dedicated Vehicles of varying sizes, Air Charter and On-board Courier.
Due to expansion our client is now looking for an Transport Operations Clerk to join the team. You will have experience in European or UK Time Critical / Sameday Logistics / Air Charter or other urgent ad-hoc Transport background to join their growing team
Your role will involve client liaison, dealings with clients and contractors and ensuring that services are delivered as agreed.
You will maintain and update the database and the required records to ensure the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all transport activities. Ensuring all contracting agreements are accurate and legally compliant.
You will liaise with Customer & Suppliers, tracking shipments ensuring Transit time/deadlines are met.
