Transport Planner - Pallet Network - �28,000

Are you an experienced Transport Planner, seeking an engaging new position? This Opportunity might be ideal for you. Our client, a well-established 3PL Logistics provider are Looking to expand their team.

Location: Skelmersdale

Salary: �28,000

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 6 - 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Planning and coordinating a fleet of vehicles, across multiple locations.
• Manage any queries via telephone and email.
• Ensure all pallet operations, practices and procedures are adhered too in line with company standards.
• Management of records relating to vehicles and drivers
• Liaise with the transport team to ensure high standards & performance are maintained at all times.
• Organise and coordinate Groupage deliveries to ensure maximum revenue.
• An adherence to all WTD ensuring implementation at all times.
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets/databases to ensure accurate KPIs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated and proven experience Planning Pallet Network deliveries & Collections.
• Experienced with Planning within the pallet network/Transport sector.
• Experience with Tachographs and WTD
• Experience with adherence to H&S policies
• Full UK Driving Licence
• IOSH Managing Safety Level 3
