Transport Planner - Warrington - Up to �33,000

We are seeking a skilled Transport Planner to join our logistics team based in St Helens. The Transport Planner will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities, developing efficient routes, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate routes for Artics & 44 Tonne Vehicles.
• Monitor and manage vehicle fleets to ensure efficient utilization
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize transportation processes
• Communicate with drivers and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Analyse transportation data and identify areas for improvement

Experience

• Previous experience Planning nationwide routes
• Proven ability to optimize transportation routes and schedules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of WTD,Tachos
• Pallet network background would be advantageous
• 3-4 Years minimum working in a similar role within the transport industry
