Tree Surgeon

Our client is a well-respected organisation who employ in excess of 1500 people across Yorkshire & Humber and as part of their facilities area they require 2 tree surgeons to join their team on a permanent basis and work Monday to Friday day time hours up to a maximum of 37 hours per week.� Ideally this will be experienced tree surgeons who have carried out all aspects of tree maintenance and include crown thinning, crown lifting, felling and general tree management.� All this experience will be been under BS 3998 and BS 8545 and have a valid C1E to be able to tow trailers.� Included in this package is a great pension scheme to opt into and 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

This role will involve:

Work on the ground and climbing trees to complete work

Using power saws and or hand saws

Taking responsibility for a safe on-site working

Shredding and chipping

Pruning, trimming and felling trees

General landscape ground maintenance
