Location: Aylsham

Days of work: Weekdays December ( 7.30 - 4.30-5pm , ½ hour lunch )

Pay : £12.00ph

\n

\n

Major Recruitment are recruiting for Turkey Pluckers / Waxers for a farm near Aylsham.

\n

This will be a weeks work at the start of December.

\n

\n

Transport is required due to the location of the client.

\n

\n

As a Turkey plucker, you will be responsible for all turkeys being plucked correctly.

\n

\n

Your duties will include:

\n

- Plucking the feathers off turkeys by peeling off wax ( the turkeys are dipped in wax )

\n

- Maintaining a clean work area

\n

- Following health and safety procedures

\n

- Working to deadlines

\n

\n

To be considered for the role of Turkey Plucker:

\n

- Experience in an agricultural or farming industry is preferred but not essentia

\n

- A flexible approach to work

\n

- A strong work ethic

\n

\n

Previous experience in a food manufacturing would be beneficial however not essential, as full training will be given.

\n

\n
