As the Turnaround Manager, you will be:
  • Responsible for improving operational standards across all care homes in the group
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Working closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care
  • Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
  • Filling in as acting manage if a home is without

The ideal Turnaround Manager will have:
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Home Manager in a similar setting
  • Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
  • Evidence of turning around a failing service
  • NMC Pin is preferable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
