Type Approval & CoP Manager (EV)

Job Description We are currently looking for a Type Approval & CoP Manager (EV) for our client, a leading electric and hydrogen bus company. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external authorities to ensure compliance, as well as overseeing periodic assessments, approvals, and audits.

The Type Approval & CoP Manager (EV) will:
Obtain and maintain Vehicle Type Approval and CoP (conformity of production) clearance for products, in conjunction with other departments.
Develop and manage test plans, test strategies, and audit programmes, coordinating with both internal teams and external agencies.
Ensure periodic assessments and audits are planned and executed to maintain compliance with all granted approvals and CoP clearances.
Produce and collate reports/documentation, including 2D CAD drawings, for submission to approval authorities.
Oversee the development and execution of in-house testing plans and quality checks to ensure compliance with approval and CoP standards.
Ensure all work complies with the ISO 9001 standard and internal quality systems.

The Type Approval & CoP Manager (EV) will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
