Unified Communications (UC) Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams and clients to design and deploy tailored UC solutions incorporating cloud-hosted and/or on-premises SBC architectures.
- Lead the technical design and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert, presenting and demonstrating UC telephony solutions to customers.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft-based telephony, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and cloud-based calling solutions.
- Strong track record in UC presales, with a history of successfully supporting enterprise-grade voice solutions.
- In-depth understanding of both cloud and on-premises migration strategies for Microsoft-based communication platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- High-level documentation proficiency, ensuring clear and structured technical reports and solution outlines.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
- Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Demonstrated ability to design large-scale enterprise communication solutions incorporating:
- Microsoft Teams voice solutions.
- Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
- PSTN connectivity methods including SIP, Operator Connect and Calling Plans.
- Contact Center and Call Recording solutions.
- Call analytics and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- AudioCodes
- Solid understanding of voice technologies and a broad range of UC&C platforms.
- Familiarity with contact center integrations and Microsoft Teams-certified solutions.
- Knowledge of end-to-end Teams migration strategies and methodologies.
- Relevant industry certifications and professional qualifications preferred.
