You will also have the opportunity to grow with us, playing a key role in scaling our product and shaping our company's future.Day in the LifeCreate intuitive and mature user interfaces that meet the needs of SourceWhale's growing customer base, whilst ensuring a seamless user experience.Focus on designing with the end-user in mind, leveraging user research and feedback to drive design decisions.Understand the unique needs and challenges of our enterprise users, creating designs that enhance productivity and usability.Work with Product team to identify opportunities for UX improvement and define best practices across the application.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate your ideas to other teams.Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and inform iterative design improvements.Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.Who You AreProven UI & UX design experience, preferably in SaaS.Keen eye for detail to ensure a polished and professional design output.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design.Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.Strong portfolio showcasing relevant web-based design projects.
