Job Role: UK Field Sales Reporting to: Sales Manager Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Additional hours may be necessary depending on business requirements. Location: Working from home in a suitable location to practically cover the whole of the UK. Travelling as required to exhibitions, agricultural dealers, key accounts, customers, and occasional export shows - approx. 30% home/Wisbech office based. Job Description: Stocks AG is looking for a self-motivated individual to manage and work with agricultural dealers to maximise sales of Applicators and Wheels throughout the UK. A resilient self-starter, the new UK field sales representative will take pride in building strong relationships with the UK distribution network and becoming the go to person for applicators and wheels. Up to 70% of the persons time will be spent travelling within the UK. Responsibilities: Generating sales enquiries for wheels, tyres, and applicators through regular scheduled dealer visits. Communicating with and responding to UK dealers and farmers enquiries. Managing and developing dealer relationships and onboarding new dealers. Assisting with dealer training at Wisbech and off-site Manning the Stocks stand at UK shows and Dealer events. Sales forecasting and budgeting Input into and roll out of the sales & marketing strategy Feedback for the MD and Stocks marketing team Input into product development. Experience in the agricultural sales environment. Ability to plan and structure effective sales call schedules. Strong leadership skills and be a team player A level of experience with CRM systems Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
