Ultimately the role is responsible to enable the local organisations to drive their sales potential.Role ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the regional team set the country marketing blueprint that translates the marketing strategy into actionable plans and is aligned to regional sales objectives for indirect.Educating, influencing and shaping our distributor thinkingTranslate global/regional strategies into local frameworks and plans, developing localised marketing strategies and plans (consumer & HCP) in collaboration with matrix functions such as sales, clinical and service.Balance the need to drive consumer demand with HCP lead generation, flexing both key strategies and tactics to effect the maximum return on investment deployed.Develop marketing content including product positioning, presentations, sales literature and advertising by determining appropriate content for the target audiences, providing ideas and making recommendations to the Subsidiary sales management team;Execution of in country marketing blueprint (tactical plans, new product introductions, communications strategy, market development, and portfolio lifecycle plans). Balance the need to drive consumer demand with HCP lead generation, flexing both key strategies and tactics to affect the maximum return on investment deployed.Support commercial excellence (Sales & Marketing) in country. Collaboration with sales effectiveness, sales training, strategic and demand planning to accelerate opportunity velocity and drive improved forecasting accuracy.Drive and manage the external events strategy and creative development, including KPIs, budgeting, processes, programming, and working with internal and external partners.Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, luminaries and high volume successful users to gather information and product needs for franchise activities;Prepare extensive launch and sales support packages for effective promotion of new product enhancements and/or competitive selling best practices;Serve as local “product expert” for Indirect and provide sales support/product marketing support for Territory distributors and subsidiaries (i.e. sales tools, marketing and promotional materials);FUNCTIONAL  EXPERTISEExcellent track record of success in building effective commercial relationships with Distributors & Key Opinion Leaders and translating market trends and the Voice of the Customer to NPD and optimal product portfolio for commercial success with HCP customersExpert consumer marketing skills and experience within the beauty, aesthetics and cosmeceuticals spaceExpert in building congress attendance and workshopsCreate and measure KPIs on customer success expertise in optimising marketing technology for customer acquisition and retention, e.g; AMPS.If you have experience in the medical, beauty, cosmetic industry, being part of congresses and work closely with sales, apply now!
