UKG Pro WFM Architect

Role Name: Techno-Functional Consultant - SeniorRole Description:· Expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) and Workforce Central suites versions 6.x, 7.x, and 8.x, along with proprietary tools such as Dell Boomi, WIM, Configuration Manager, and Database Manager.· Experience in migrating from Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro WFM.· Strong functional experience in UKG Pro WFM, particularly in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attestation, and Advanced Scheduler.· In-depth knowledge of Dell Boomi integration.· Experience in gathering requirements and implementing integration and data migration for various upstream and downstream applications used by clients for HR and payroll processes.· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent listening skills and the ability to clarify information as needed.· Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.· Experience working with clients on requirements gathering, creating design documentation, and implementing solutions.
