The ideal candidate will have:Fluency in French (both written and spoken) and a very good command of English.1-2 years of experience in insurance (preferably property insurance).A strong administrative background.Quick learning abilities and a proactive attitude.THE ROLE:This exciting and varied role involves daily communication in French with our clients based in France. Key responsibilities include:Collaborating closely with a team of 8 (with options for homeworking).Administering client files efficiently and maintaining accurate records.Preparing and assisting in compiling statistics for policy renewal analysis.Inputting data into internal underwriting systems accurately and timely.Liaising with clients in France and teammates in the UK or Belgium.Supporting the preparation of new business submissions and other documents.Monitoring the status of current and new business.Supporting underwriting activities as needed.REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:Languages: Fluent in French and very good command of English.Experience: 1-2 years in insurance (ideally property insurance).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.Administrative Skills: Experience in processing documents and managing files.Learning Ability: Capacity to learn new procedures and software systems.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in all tasks.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attitude: Positive, proactive, patient, and diligent.Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team.Professionalism: Experience in a professional environment.So to sum up, if you:speak fluent French and very good English,have property insurance experience,are a hard-working type with attention to detail and positive outlook,are hungry for learning and growth in a professional services environment,don’t want to be just “a cog in the wheel”, but be noticed and valued,want to be a part of a great international company and a close-knit team,
