Unqualified/Qualified Teacher

Castle Employment is currently looking for Cover supervisors, unqualified and qualified supply teachers to join our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, from primary schools to secondary schools and beyond. 
You could be earning from £100-£160 per day, have flexible working hours that work around you, committed specialists that are here to support you through your journey and be able to have that work/life balance.  
Responsibilities: 

\n
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans in accordance with the school's policies and curriculum. 
\n
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students are engaged and motivated. 
\n
• Providing a safe and secure learning environment for all students. 
\n
• Liaising with school staff and reporting back on any issues or concerns. 
\n
• Maintaining accurate records of lesson delivery and student progress. 
\n

To be considered for the position you will need the following 

\n
• To have experience working with younger people/students. 
\n
• A DBS on the update service, or willing to gain one through Castle Education. 
\n
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable. 
\n
• Be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum. 
\n
• A relevant teaching/ TA /TESOL qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. 
\n
