The Role:

As an Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistant in Blackpool, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and well-being of students aged 11-16 years. You will work under the guidance of qualified teachers to help create a positive and inclusive learning environment in secondary schools throughout Blackpool. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students in their learning activities within the classroom in Blackpool secondary schools.
• Assisting teachers with the preparation of classroom resources.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students under the direction of the teacher.
