Job Role
Teaching Assistants play a critical role in supporting both students and teachers. In a secondary school setting, your responsibilities could include:
Assisting teachers with whole-class activities.
Running small group interventions or one-on-one support sessions.
Helping students with varied needs, including academic, social, or emotional challenges.
Requirements
Passionate about supporting and inspiring young people.
Committed to improving outcomes for secondary-aged students.
Kind, proactive, and collaborative.
Willing to undertake required training and ongoing professional development.
Be committed to completing the required training and participating in ongoing CPD
Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service
