UPS Service Engineer

Job title: UPS Service Engineer

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a passion for power solutions? Do you thrive on problem-solving, hands-on technical work, and working independently? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Installing 3 Phase UPS systems, testing, and signing off work
• Performing preventative maintenance (PM) visits nationwide
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic circuits
• Providing technical support and assisting customers
• Working with high-voltage equipment, schematics, and diagnostic tools
• Travelling across the UK & Ireland-sometimes flying and staying overnight

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical Installations Qualification
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• City & Guilds 2391-50
• Experience with 3 Phase electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools (Fluke meters, oscilloscopes, variac testers)
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
