About the Role:

We are actively seeking an experienced UPVC Fabricator Line Leader to supervise and coordinate our dedicated production team. In this leadership role, you'll oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring our premium UPVC windows and doors consistently meet rigorous quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervising and motivating a team of UPVC Fabricators.

• \n

  Ensuring efficient workflow, from measuring and cutting to welding and assembling UPVC components.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Overseeing operation and maintenance of advanced machinery and fabrication tools.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Implementing stringent quality control checks to maintain our high standards.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Collaborating closely with management to improve production processes and meet business objectives.

\n

Essential Requirements:

  Extensive hands-on experience in UPVC window and door fabrication.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Proven leadership experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.

\n
• \n

  Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  \n
\n

  Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  Effective communication skills and capability to lead, inspire, and manage a team efficiently.
