Used Car Sales Manager required in Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary up to �50,000 + bonus with OTE in the region of �65,000

We are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to drive the Used Car Department within our Client's dealership in Bradford, West Yorkshire.



Responsibilities:
Leading and motivating the team to deliver both in terms of targets and customer experience;

Maximise the sales volume and profitability of Used Cars plus Finance and Insurance (F&I) products;

Drive the team to reach/ exceed departmental objectives;

Promote a team culture of excellence and high performance;

Assist the Head of Business in developing the customer journey and the colleague experience.



Requirements:



Motor Trade experience - a Sales Manager role with a Prestige / Premium brand or Specialist Used Car site;

Customer-centric approach;

Solid understanding of current motor industry trends and practices;

Drive to be the best;

Strong attention to detail;

Full UK driving licence.
