We have a vacancy for a highly enthusiastic, motivatedindividual with a desire to develop their career in the motor Industry. Working within our Belfast Division we are looking to enlarge the team with a Used Car Sales Executive. The earning potential is there for the successful candidates with uncapped bonus earnings and an industry leading basic salary of £30,000. In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible Sales experience. Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues. About The Role About you: The right candidate has a: Passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service Minimum of 2 years experience in a selling role Car Sales experience essential Full, valid UK driving licence IT literacy as essential Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard Ability to present information in an informative and comprehensive way Job Summary and Responsibilities: The main job purpose will be to deliver a great customer experience Achieve agreed sales target for used vehicles within a compliant sales process Ensure each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase Following up and prospecting customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business Comply with FCA obligations and F & I Sales Process, completing relevant training programs as required. Carry out full and accurate appraisals of all vehicles presented in part-exchange Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.
