Salary: �20,000 base + OTE �45,000 (Company Car Included)

• Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00


• Saturday: 08:30 - 13:00 (rota, with time off in lieu)


• Sunday: Closed

Holiday: 30 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and prospect customers in a professional manner, qualifying their needs to tailor the perfect vehicle solutions for them.


• Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring that each customer fully understands their purchase and the options available to them.


• Professional Selling: Demonstrate expertise in selling vehicles and related products, maintaining a compliant and ethical approach to every transaction.


• Brand Representation: Uphold and represent the dealership and our brands with the highest standards, showcasing our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.


• Lead Handling: Manage and nurture leads, converting them into satisfied customers through exceptional service and follow-ups.


• Documentation: Ensure all paperwork and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently, adhering to all company policies and legal requirements.

About You:

Do you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed? We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. While experience in the automotive sector is preferred, it's not essential, we welcome applications from individuals with sales experience from any industry. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving results.
