Alongside your professional excellence, you join the likeminded colleagues to create a larger impact within the company and society at large in your chosen area of passion - CSR Council, Diversity Council, Sparks – Engagement Champion to name a few.We are currently hiring for UI /UX designer for 6 months on a fixed term contract.Please note :- Not providing internship at the moment.Key Responsibilities:Design and prototype innovative user-centered trading interfaces.Architect information flow, create detailed wireframes, screen designs, and prototypes using Figma and other design tools.Collaborate closely with business teams to align requirements and design vision.Conduct user research and usability tests, analyze feedback, and refine interfaces accordingly.Ensure design consistency and coherence across all platforms by adhering to style guides.Provide UX leadership and oversight during development and testing phases to guarantee the fidelity and functionality of the final product.Facilitate workshops and present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio in designing for trading platforms or financial services.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie etc.Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.Experience in designing UI animations and prototypes to enhance user experience.Strong interpersonal skills and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.Natural aptitude for technology and innovation with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot independently.Experience working in an agile development environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the financial services industry or a strong understanding of its workflows. 8+ years of experience in Digital DesignBA/BS or MA/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Human Factors, or a related field.
