As part of their mission to connect people around the globe, they need your expertise in driving end-to-end research projects and refining their product offerings. 🌐💡🎯 Job Responsibilities:Drive research initiatives, scoping to analysisConduct qualitative studies (usability tests, diary studies, focus groups)Design and execute quantitative research studiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define research goalsExecute interviews and focus groups globallyConduct regular debriefings with stakeholdersSynthesise findings and produce meaningful reports✨ Skills:Ability to partner effectively with design and engineering teamsStrong time management skills for multiple projectsEnsure quality and rigour in researchClear and active communicationStorytelling ability to present findings compellinglyUser empathy for diverse digital experiences💼 Minimum Qualifications:Sufficient years of UX research experienceBA/BS in a human behaviour field🌟 Preferred Qualifications:MA/MS/MPhil or PhD in a human behaviour fieldExperience with research in rural areas and low digital literacy usersBackground in developer experiences and complex business systemsAt our client's organisation, research is paramount to success.
