Since 2019, we've been on a mission to help our public sector and private sector partners realise their ambitions of creating a better service for end users.As part of our ongoing expansion into the private sector, Apprilis is proud to be working with the UCD team of a global tech giant, and require a part-time User Research Coordinator for an initial six-month contract, to help them deliver a project.In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the diverse streams of user experience research that drive our client forward. Your responsibilities will include managing participant requests, coordinating schedules, ensuring session attendance, and handling participant compensation.While this position is primarily operational, there's potential for you to dive into research projects of your own, making it ideal for an early-career user experience researcher.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Research and cross-functional teams to facilitate research project execution.Provide support to researchers in achieving their study objectives.Contribute to establishing standardized research processes and methods.Maintain accurate record-keeping systems.Manage participant recruitment processes from sourcing to compensation.Contribute to research budgeting and resource allocation.Assist in communication and coordination with external resource providers as needed.Qualifications and Experience:1-2 years of project support and coordination experience within a user research team1+ year of experience in research operations within an Agile environment.Familiarity with research tools and platforms such as Maze and Qualtrics.Would be great but not essential if you had experience with developer tools.Proficiency in scheduling and communication tools like Calendly and Zoom.Experience managing and coordinating research participants.Proficiency in using G-Suite.
