You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for our Defence and Security Clients. You will collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines including but not limited to Experience Strategists, Service Designers, Interaction Designers, Business Analysts, and Engineers to deliver industry-leading experiences across a broad range of products and services.Your Role Will Include:Planning and executing user research studies, employing a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research.Collecting and analysing user data, employing appropriate research tools and techniques, to derive actionable insights and recommendations.Developing user archetypes, journey maps, and other user-centred design and research artefacts to effectively communicate user insights and facilitate decision-making.Collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into well-designed products and services that meet user and business needs.Advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user needs and preferences are considered at every stage.Staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in user research and user-centred design, constantly evolving your craft to maximise impact, pace, and value.Ideal Criteria for a User Researcher:Proven experience in conducting user research studies, employing a variety of research methods and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.Proficient in using research tools and software, such as user testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis software.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate research findings for diverse stakeholders.Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with designers, product managers, and developers.Familiarity with user-centred design principles and methodologies.A passion for understanding user behaviours, needs, and motivations, with a keen eye for detail.5+ years in User Research.Experience using a variety of methods of prototyping and can look at strategic service design end to end.Experience in helping develop mobile and web applications on iOS and Android environments using best research practices.Knowledge in user flows, journey mapping, and UX/UI.Good experience in the Defence SectorMust have active DV level Security clearance.As a User Researcher, You Will Get:Base salary of 65,000 - 75,000.Comprehensive package.Opportunity to have an impact on projects and the Defence sector.Flexible/Remote working.To find out more, please contact Zack on 02077806706 or apply directly now!Reference: AMC/ZMC/UR
