The Role



As a Talent Resourcer, you will have an integral part to play in the hiring process at ZTP. You will support the Head of People, Talent, and Culture in attracting, sourcing, screening and potentially interviewing job talent for open positions in the business.



Fundamentally, you will be ensuring that our talent needs are met in support of our strategic people plans.



Main Duties and Responsibilities



Resourcing & Recruitment



*Support the Head of People, Talent & Culture to ensure all resourcing and recruitment requirements are met and aligned with business plans.



*Assist the Head of People, Talent & Culture with scheduling interviews, employment reference checks and resourcing talent.



*Assist the Head of People, Talent & Culture to support employment needs by strategically building relationships to access talent pools of applicants to meet the needs of the business for entry level roles and experienced hires.



*Support the recruitment process from start to finish from selection via job boards right through to the induction in terms of arranging induction days.



*Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess the suitability of applicants for a job, having sifted through potential talent on recruitment platforms, job application and referrals.



Induction, Onboarding & Offboarding



*Take ownership with the JML process at ZTP. (Joiners, Movers & Leavers)



*Deliver the onboarding programme of all new starters.



*Carry out all new employee induction & onboarding, from ordering home office equipment and sharing details on first day and expectations for all new hires.



*Support with induction, presenting G1 Module and introduction to HR.



*Support with the offboarding process for any employees that leave the business to ensure a smooth exit transition and that all home office equipment has been returned to ZTP.



*Support the Head of People, Talent & Culture with any exit interviews that need to be conducted, issuing end of employment letters and communicating leavers to the wider company.



Working Environment



*Guarantee that all ZTP employees are operational by ensuring all home office equipment are kept in good working order and properly maintained.



*Be the first point of contact for any home office requirement issues and support with ordering new supplies if needed, once approved. 



*Coordinate company events and attend when required.



Human Resources



*Ensure and maintain that you are adhering to confidentiality across all areas of Human Resources.



*Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of all records handled.



*Keep up to date with latest HR trends and work to best practice.



Processes & Procedures



*Work with the Head of People, Talent & Culture to update and streamline HR processes to ensure that workflows are consistent and scalable.



Personnel, Records & Ad-Hoc



*Perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of ZTP and the Human Resource department.



*Ensure that the Recruitment & JMP Planners are up to date and maintained at all times, to track an employees recruitment journey.



*Maintain accurate and up to date Human Resource files, records, and documentation.



*Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records handled.



*Provide clerical support to the HR department.



*Perform other duties as assigned.

*Collaborate and work cross functionally with team across the organisation and will build meaningful relationships.



*Maintain solid relationships (internally & externally) by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.



Person Specification



First of foremost, we are seeking someone who is experenced in resourcing/recruitment. You will need to be driven and proactive where you are able to identify what the the business needs are and able to source exceptional talent, for our continued growth.



**Essential Knowledge Requirements**



*Microsoft Outlook,



*Basic excel (filtering, sums, using Excel to calculate),



*Customer service.



*Numeracy.



*General admin (email, ability to speak on the phone to suppliers).



**Desirable Knowledge Requirements**



*Intermediate Excel, such as pivot tables, lookups, concatenate



*Energy consultancy working environment.



*Advanced excel skills – Power BI

**Essential Experience Requirements**



*1-3 years experience as a resourcer/recruiter.



*Clerical experience.



**Essential Education & Qualification Requirements**



*A-Levels



*GCSE’s



**Desirable Education & Qualification Requirements**



*Bachelors Degree
