Their expanding creative division is actively hiring for a solid UX Designer who will be pivotal in ensuring that the agency deliver world class website that excel in user experience and performance. Day to Day: Devise and plan UX strategies that enhance the user digital experience. Execute UX strategy via site plans, maps and wireframes. Present and ratIonalise UX strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Field UX questions and recommend appropriate actions / strategy. Understand client brand and marketing strategies, as well as their overall business and commercial objectives. Apply UX best practice, championing best UX practice both internally and externally Deliver UX strategies within agreed timeframes and within budget Work with internal stakeholders to develop the agency’s websIt’s product and processes TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE: Very good understanding of the web development life cycle. Minimum 2 years experience of hands on UX design, preferably within an agency environment Good know ledge of CMS capabilities and parameters. Good knowledge of SEO requirements. Good knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics. Working knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS and Javascript. Very good communication, written and verbal. Analytical and logical problem solving. Collaborative mindset. Confident in presenting ideas and rationale Organised and methodical Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive mentality Good team work ethic Strong attention to detail Ability to juggle tasks and sometimes work under timeline pressure A natural problem solver, curious, investigative SALARY PURELY DEPENDENT ON SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WITH A RANGE OF £35,000 - £45,000 A GREAT BONUS STRUCTURE, MANY BENEFITS AND A BRILLIANT CULTURE TO WORK IN. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME TRAVEL / INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.
