UX Designer

Job Description
An innovative scale-up dedicated to transforming digital interactions and improving customer support through its state-of-the-art platform are looking for a UX Designer.
Salary: Up to £45k
Based: London (Hybrid)
As the UX Designer, you will play a pivotal client-facing role, assisting global organisations in planning and designing across complex workflows and deliver exceptional user experience!
Responsibilities:
Designing multi-channel consumer facing workflows
Guide and work closely with global companies in leveraging the full potential of the platform
Collaborate closely with the wider cross functional design team, especially solution architects throughout the design process
Utilise analytics data to evaluate workflow performance and identify areas for improvement
High proficiency in using design tools such as Figma
Strong advocacy for exceptional user experiences within technical constraints.
Requirements:
Excellent collaboration skills and a team-orientated mindset
Experience conducting UX Research and driving meaningful data insights
Clear and confident communicator.
Strong advocacy for exceptional UX within technical constraints.
A key understanding of programming concepts.
Keen attention to detail!
Eagerness to learn new concepts and share knowledge with peers.
