Our mission is to deliver exceptional digital experiences to our clients, and we're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team.Job Description:As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to ensure that our designs are both visually appealing and highly functional.Key Responsibilities:User Experience Design:Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts.Develop prototypes and mockups to visualize design ideas and interactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric design solutions.User Interface Design:Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and Framer.Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms and devices.Maintain and improve the design system and component libraries.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.Communicate design concepts and specifications clearly to stakeholders.Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine designs.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.Requirements:Experience:Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Figma and Framer.Solid understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies.Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Flexible working hours and a modern office environment in Manchester City Centre.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
