Vacuum Forming Machine Operative

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Vacuum Forming Machine Operative to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain vacuum forming machinery to produce high-quality UPVC components.
• Monitor the production process to ensure efficient and accurate output.
• Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating vacuum forming or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
