Validations Administrator
iM Med is a leading hospital decontamination specialist in the UK. We provide a complete decontamination strategy including an extensive portfolio of decontamination products, solutions and services; including equipment, technical services and consumable products.
As our hospital equipment installation base continues to grow, we are looking to expand our Validations administration team with an office-based Validations Administrator.The Validations team are responsible for managing the completion of all engineering reports following planned and reactive engineering maintenance work.The role will be busy, where the successful candidate will be responsible ensuring validation reports are received and completed in line with the annual machine validation schedule. The Validations Administrator will be responsible for keeping the validation schedule up to date at all times.
In detail, the Validations Administrator role will involve:
Liaison with Engineers to ensure engineers reports are received within a timely manner;
Monitoring the validation inbox to assign reports to the validation team members
Checking validation reports received from engineering staff for completeness and accuracy; amending minor typos, for example spelling errors.
Liaison with engineers for correction or verification purposes.
Preparing any graphs or charts from the data provided where necessary.
Inserting applicable appendices and additional information to reports as required, for example relevant certificates.
Checking collated validation reports received from other team members and advise them of any corrections required.
Completing final full validation report and send to customer and file.
Liaison with suppliers, for example each laboratory regarding delivery and collections of microbiology test kits.
Liaison with customer service team regarding retest scheduling.
Informing customers of any unsatisfactory microbiology test results.
Full training for the Validations Administrator will be provided.
