Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £42,(Apply online only) basic + bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) - Day & Night shifts available

About the Role:
A leading accident repair centre is looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Vehicle Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle damage assessment and estimating, using Audatex to produce accurate repair estimates.
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship in Vehicle Damage Assessment with a relevant qualification (NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)
- Experience working in a busy body shop as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator
- ATA qualified with an up-to-date Audatex certificate preferred
- Strong teamwork skills and motivation to earn bonus hours
- Excellent knowledge of current vehicle repair techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out damage assessments efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
- Produce accurate estimates using Audatex
- Ensure all repairs meet factory specifications and customer expectations
- Work closely with the body shop team to streamline repair processes
