Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £27,500, rising to £28,500 after successful probation

Thrifty is seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Vehicle Enhancement Specialists/SMART Repair Technicians. We are ready to invest in you, providing expert training, state-of-the-art tools and a company van to help you excel.
About the Role:
As a Vehicle Enhancement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles are in top-notch condition. Using SMART repair techniques, your responsibilities will include:
Paintless Dent Removal (Glue pull and PDR bar)
Deep scratch removal
Chip touch-ups and minor paint repairs
Providing rapid, high-quality solutions to minimize full-body paint repairs.
You will operate in your designated region, working at Thrifty locations or even on customer premises, delivering exceptional professionalism and care.

What We Are Looking For:
Patience and dedication while mastering paintless dent repair and other techniques
Strong interest in vehicle repair methods
Excellent hand-eye coordination and good (or correctable) vision
Exceptional attention to detail
A positive, team-focused attitude
The Application Process:
Step 1: Short interview with the Repair Manager.
Step 2: Attend a half-day assessment with an experienced instructor
There will be two cohorts new starters in January and in February 2025.
