Job Opportunity: Car Mechanic

Location: Sunderland

Salary: £38,000 per year 

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Car Mechanic to join our busy client in Sunderland. If you have a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair, and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Role:

• General garage repairs and servicing of cars


• Diagnose and fix wear and tear or accident-related damage


• Perform repairs related to insurance work, with access to on-site spray booths


• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or servicing


• Saturday shifts and weekday overtime available paid at x1.25 of basic rate.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM


• Saturday shifts available

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a car mechanic with a strong knowledge of vehicle repairs and servicing


• Ability to work on accident repairs and insurance-related jobs


• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair equipment


• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
