Vehicle Technician/Mechanic

Overview:

Redwood Search is looking for an experienced Light Commercial and Car Technician/Mechanic to join a franchised dealership in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to further their career in a supportive environment, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform services and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards


• Work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality work


• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets set for the team


• Adhere to safety standards and ensure the cleanliness of the work area


• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a franchised dealer or independent garage/repair centre


• Competency in the service and repair of vehicles


• Full UK driving licence is required


• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair


• Strong commitment to quality work and teamwork

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday


• Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 4)
