What you will be doing:

• Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to the highest standards.
• Collaborating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
• Occasionally speaking with customers to provide your expert technical opinion.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest product knowledge.
• Delivering exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and organizing your work efficiently.

What our client is looking for:

If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply!

• A full UK Driving Licence.
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
• Previous experience in the motor industry is essential.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• An eye for detail and the ability to meet timescales effectively.
