Vehicle Technician

About the role

Our client�are currently recruiting for a Technician�to join the Service Team at our clients independent�dealership in Hertfordshire.

This role requires you to carry out general servicing and mechanical repairs. You will be be working on current and classic high performance cars.

• Salary �30,000-�45,000 depending on experience and skillset.


• Working hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday with 30 minute lunch break.


• Overtime available in early mornings or Saturdays paid at �20.00-�25.00 p/h depending on experience and skillset.


• Bonus incentive based on the total number of cars sold by the business per year.


• A guaranteed salary increase of �1,000 per year of employment with the company.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.


• Speaking with customers�to provide your expert, technical opinion.


• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.


• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.


• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
