**What You Will Do:**
- Prepare, build, and maintain vehicles or components for test in accordance with company engineering manuals and local procedures.
- Support testing in both static and dynamic conditions to gather quality test data and results.
- Engage in evaluation, concern identification, and liaise with Test Engineers to support the delivery of Key Performance Indicators.
- Utilise your skills to provide support across various sections as required, ensuring the achievement of company goals.
- Manage and prioritise your workload independently, demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and legal requirements, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
**What You Will Bring:**
- A C&G / BTEC L3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering, ideally complemented by a recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven practical mechanical/electrical skills, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in Excel for data management and graph production, alongside a good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for report writing and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently, managing your own workload effectively.
