A rapidly expanding, London-based SME delivering mechanical and electrical services for both the public and private sector. We provide a variety of services from one off installations and servicing to capital investment schemes and planed preventative maintenance programs with an emergency call out service 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

About the role

Working across the 3 main contracts (Westminster/Islington/Camden) and possibility of Tower Hamlets as well. Working in coordination with local authorities and social housing. Working within individual dwellings and stairwells. Some dwellings may be void and others occupied. Location of the sites will be Council and estate blocks/high rises.

Duties

• Most of the work will be PPMs and reactive maintenance.


• Working on external and internal ventilation systems (roofs and more)


• Entering individual dwellings


• Identifying issues with ventilation systems


• Writing reports


• Organising jobs


• Organising sub contactors

Progression

The company have recently taken on ventilation side of the contracts. Any suitable candidate coming to the team will be tasked with undertaking all ventilation and ducting work with our clients. As the work grows with our clients, the suitable candidate will be tasked to win more work for the company and eventually build a team engineers who will report to them.

Qualification

Level 3 in heating and ventilation or equivalent

Level 3 mechanical qualification or equivalent

All overseas qualifications need to be UK ENIC formerly known as Naric
