My client is seeking a Venue Manager to work in their well-established Hotel & Bar in Southsea, Portsmouth. 

You will be responsible for the running of the venue which includes a bar and function area and over 5 rooms for guests. Also a team of 6 staff and reporting directly to the owners. 

Venue Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the supervision of staff


• Rotas


• Stock ordering


• Promotions and events 


• Guest satisfaction 

Venue Manager Skills / Experience:

• experience in a managerial position within the hospitality industry


• good communication 


• good leadership 


• creative thinking to run and manage new promotions for the venue
