The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 40 hours per week, spread over 4-5 days, with a requirement to work Saturdays on a 1:3 rota. The practice is flexible and can accommodate a schedule that suits the right candidate. Working hours are between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.
Key benefits include 30 days of holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, ensuring ample time for rest and rejuvenation. There are no out-of-hours duties and no requirement to work on bank holidays, allowing for a more predictable and manageable work schedule. Additionally, a CPD allowance of up to £1,000 per annum is provided, supporting continuous professional development. Candidates must be confident and capable of handling sole charge, consultations, and surgeries. Excellent communication skills are essential. While accommodation is not included, a company car is optional and open for discussion. Visa sponsorship is also available for the right candidate. Applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence.
